To progressively develop hockey players, starting with mastering the basic fundamentals through repetition to building strong muscle memory for more advanced skills.

The Ferroni family has teaching and development in its blood, from hockey to baseball to dance.  This is not a job or a business to the Ferroni Family; teaching and developing is a way of life.  This lifestyle allows us to pass on our passion and knowledge to those in search of being champions. 

As children on backyard ice rinks and sandlot baseball fields, our passion and skills grew.  Today we share our knowledge and time with youth that are committed to training hard to become the best.  Our father and his mentors taught us to believe in each and every student, to discover each one’s passion and to uncover each student’s talents.  Through our development programs, talent and character are shaped.
